Terms & Conditions — kiyo4d Platform Rules

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kiyo4d website accessible at https://kiyo4d.club, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software provided by kiyo4d for use on personal devices.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by you upon completing the kiyo4d registration process.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kiyo4d Platform.
• "kiyo4d" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the kiyo4d Platform, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds credited to your Account for wagering purposes, net of any withdrawals already processed.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by kiyo4d that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means territories from which kiyo4d is prohibited by law from accepting players, as updated periodically at kiyo4d's discretion.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the kiyo4d Platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by kiyo4d or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of kiyo4d, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written authorization has been granted by kiyo4d management.

3 Account Registration

To place wagers or access real-money games on kiyo4d, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.
• Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, and per device. kiyo4d employs device fingerprinting and IP analysis to detect duplicate registrations.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
• kiyo4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes — strictly confidential. kiyo4d will never ask for your password via Live Chat, email, or WhatsApp.
• Any change to your registered personal details (address, mobile number, email) must be reported to kiyo4d support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.

kiyo4d operates a mandatory KYC verification program. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit:

1. A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or Passport).
2. Proof of address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
3. Proof of ownership for each payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., bank statement header showing your name and BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri / OVO account number).

KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) business day during WIB business hours. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of your first deposit may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kiyo4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kiyo4d does not impose platform-level currency conversion fees.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered exclusively in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. Most Indonesian bank transfers are confirmed within 3 minutes during WIB banking hours; e-wallet deposits are typically instant.
• kiyo4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit it deems unusual in size or frequency.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit (same-channel policy). If your deposit channel is unavailable, kiyo4d support will advise on the nearest eligible alternative.
• KYC-verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within five (5) minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed on the next available session.
• kiyo4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing time. Players will be informed of any delay via Live Chat or email.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts, e-wallets, or bank accounts that do not match the name on your verified kiyo4d Account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kiyo4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to a stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings becomes withdrawable as real funds.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering on live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contributes at a reduced rate of 10% toward wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states full contribution.
• kiyo4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering already completed toward the requirement will be credited proportionally, subject to the platform's discretion.
• Bonus balances expire 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless the specific promotion states a different expiry window. Expired bonus balances are forfeited.
• Promotional offers, including seasonal campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural moments (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year / Imlek, Independence Day 17 August), are subject to specific eligibility criteria published at the time of each campaign and are non-transferable.
• kiyo4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploitation of platform errors or mispriced odds. Any account found engaging in such activity will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

The following fair play principles apply across all products:

• Collusion between players in poker rooms, live game show environments, or any multiplayer format is prohibited. kiyo4d uses statistical analysis to detect and investigate suspected collusion.

7 Responsible Gaming

kiyo4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behavior across all product categories. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kiyo4d Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kiyo4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of kiyo4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the kiyo4d Platform without prior written consent from kiyo4d.
• Game software provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to the relevant studio's end-user licence terms.

9 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiyo4d's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kiyo4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages (including Indonesian ISP-level disruptions), or force majeure events.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes caused by RNG software malfunctions, live studio equipment failure, or data feed latency affecting sportsbook odds.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

kiyo4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in full at kiyo4d.club/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• kiyo4d implements 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform servers.
• Personal data collected during KYC verification is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with international AML record-keeping standards.
• kiyo4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or valid regulatory order.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by kiyo4d, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

11 Account Suspension and Termination

kiyo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or association with criminal activity.
• Chargeback disputes initiated against legitimate kiyo4d transactions.
• Abuse of bonus promotions or exploitation of platform errors.
• Use of automated software, bots, or AI tools to interact with the Platform.
• Harassment or threatening behavior directed at kiyo4d staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified withdrawal channel within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding AML review.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kiyo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kiyo4d will:

• Publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date and Version number.
• Notify registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the kiyo4d Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Clause 11.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiyo4d holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact kiyo4d support at [email protected] and allow kiyo4d a period of 30 calendar days to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, you may escalate the matter to kiyo4d's licensed dispute resolution body, details of which are available on request from the support team.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above steps shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the territory of kiyo4d's operating licence, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any mandatory legal provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.
